New Zealand is home to nearly 400 golf courses and the majority of these welcome international guests for casual play. This 15 day tour of New Zealand takes you from the sub-tropical Bay of Islands in the north to the alpine resort of Queenstown in the South Island.  Along the way you have an enticing range of courses to choose from.  With many designed by well known heroes of the game including Sir Bob Charles and Jack Nicklaus or try one of the locals favourites like Muriwai Golf Course located on the rugged west coast of Auckland.

Day 1: Arrive Auckland City, transfer to your hotel and rest of day at leisure

Day 2: Today is yours to explore Auckland or take to the fairway at one of the fabulous coastal golf clubs

Day 3: Head north to the tropical Bay of Islands

Day 4: Explore the Bay of Islands or perhaps play a round at the scenic Waitangi golf club or head north to the prestigious Kauri Cliffs

Day 5: Travel back to Auckland via the Kauri Coast. Take a break at Waipoua Forest to get up close to the magnificent Kauri trees

Day 6: A drive into central North Island and New Zealand's largest lake, Lake Taupo

Day 7: There's plenty of choice in Taupo for world-class greens, so take your pick

Day 8: Cross to the east coast and Napier, famed for its art deco architecture. Tonight enjoy a fine dining winery experience

Day 10: Today you fly south to Christchurch, gateway to the South Island

Day 13: Continue your drive south into Central Otago, through the Gibbston Valley and onto Queenstown
